Impressive looking graphics!

Though, I'd say that the tanks tend to look rather dark/shadowed which seems to hide the detail.

What is the format of the game? First person shooter? RTS or what?

They certainly look very realistic. And I have seen real ones, when was in the Navy. Even once was able to climb into one, at the air squadron at our base, pilot was a good friend of mine, he let me sit in the cockpit for a few minutes

In brief: War Cabinet is PC Strategy/War game, aimed for Windows, Mac, Linux platforms. War Cabinet will offer Pause-able Real Time play system. You will be able to choose between two play modes:Single Player - Story Campaign, Multiplayer – Campaign and Battles. Game time: 20th Century late 80s and 90s. Soon new screenshots with more details will be added.
