Default Throw Up

Say two people are in a car. The (voluntary) passenger gets car sick and tells the driver to pull over.

The (voluntary) driver fails to do so, and the passenger throws up in the car (making an attempt out the window).

Who should clean it up?

What does the location have to do with responsibility?

very little in my opinion.

Are we talking about responsibility? That is a different question (at least to me) than who should clean it up.

I agree with Non Sequitur; they should both help.

Depends.

Is it my wife as the passenger and she gets sick? I'm cleaning up. I take care of my sick wife.

Is it my drunken buddy? May be different - if I don't feel like driving back to his house, I may just pay someone else to do it.

Who should? That depends on perspective and reaks of morality.

Who will have to? The driver since it is their property.
