![]() I guess the only thing that really and truly surprised me about the Republicans and this Russia stuff is that I thought the one actual value they held that wasn't just a bullshit posture, was that they actually were patriots and nationalists who loved their country.
That's why I've always given a modicum of respect to my political opponents - I assumed they loved their country and I can respect that. Apparently, I was just fooled like everyone else. These Republican office-holding slimeballs and rightwing douchebags don't love their country - they love their Republican party and billionaires and other than that, fuck you. What a charming bunch they are. Well, it looks like Republican patriotism is just as much bullshit and hypocrisy as all their other so-called core political values. Surprise, surprise!

![]() So, was anyone brave enough to have watched the Kavanaugh and Ford hearing?
From what I've read about it, it seems like it was a real trainwreck to watch! ![]()

![]() Well, the mid-terms are upon us.
Will the Democrats take the House? Will the Republicans hold the Senate? We shall know the answer soon enough...

![]() The Democratic party took control of the House, although the Republican party retained control of the Senate.
Herr Trump doesn't seem to happy about it. I guess his little brain senses that this means trouble. ![]()
