Default Venom/Sins: Tolerance Theosophy

Christian ethos reveals the iconic '7 deadly sins':

1. pride - e.g., vanity, arrogance
2. gluttony - e.g., self-indulgence, obesity
3. sloth - e.g., apathy, laziness
4. wrath - e.g., malice, rage
5. lust - e.g., wantonness, carnality
6. greed - e.g., ambitiousness, obsession
7. envy - e.g., covetousness, mistrust

However, Christian ethos also helps us construct symbolic 'venom faces':

1. arson - e.g., pyromania
2. rape - e.g., oppression
3. deception - e.g., dishonesty
4. brutality - e.g., bullyishness
5. slander - e.g., defamation
6. murder - e.g., deadly assault
7. vandalism - e.g., corruption

To understand the metaphysical value of the 7 deadly sins and the 7 faces of venom, we could perhaps analyse how civilization marks events of terror (or terrorism) and persecution (or bigotry).

Such analysis informs our evaluation of tolerance.
