Default Urban Growth

Some before and after examples of recent rapid urban growth:

As all are the result of economic growth. Not much going on in Western nations. Even the Las Vegas example has been over shadowed by Macau's rapid rise to gambling capital of the world.

Lightbulb Boston (USA): Gatekeeping

I'm rather surprised that Boston, Massachusetts did not make this illustrious list, though I agree with the ranking of the ambitious Shenzhen, China (a new Eden really).

Since the 1950s, Boston has developed very handsomely, expanding urban design areas with parks and offices and well-routed inroads.

When the famous Boston Red Sox player Bill Bruckner made a crucial fielding error in Game 6 of the dramatic World Series against the winning New York Mets, people were paradoxically drawn to the general human drama surrounding Massachusetts, a state which boasts incredible American schools such as Harvard, MIT, and Boston College.

Accoutrements in Boston really represent modern age traffic investments in 'grid greening.'

So please, buy a hearty bucket of food from your local Boston Market restaurant.

The Bo-Sox player name is Bill Buckner and it was the marvelous 1986 World Series Game 6.
