Which of course just underscored the old adage that beauty and art are 100% entirely in the eye of the beholder. There can never be any objective standard for art because of this.

The man was a corrupt asshole, no question. He instigated fake a mountain of fake copies of his work himself. But that doesn't detract from the work. Wagner was a Nazi but his work is still excellent. I don't care who made it, it's what they made.

If 'completely' is synonymous to 'absolutely' then no, the statements can only be relatively or subjectively true else there is a logical contradiction.
