That's right in keeping with Mookie's reputation. He is building a reputation for integrity - something that is apparently unique in Iraq.

Indeed. It appears his party won a plurality of the votes. The man appears to have integrity and that's a rare commodity in Iraqi politics. Hell, its a rare commodity in US politics!
