You've all heard of politicians talking about a trillion dollars.

I don't think that's very accurate. The stack for a million dollars is the same size as the ten stacks representing a billion and there would be 1000 of those stacks actually in a billion.

Why do you think they are using a credit card?

Because I can count?

No, because it epidermises someone that is not happy with anything.

I'm happy with quite a bit. However, if something is wrong I point it out. It's called constructive criticism.

The billion stack looks like $10M to me.

I did a few quick calculations (given my business, I know something about the size/weight of paper on skids). :D

Lets assume a standard 4' skid (48" x 48" x 48").

I've calculated that you can fit about one million dollar bills on a skid of that cubic dimension.

But the example clearly shows the $100 bill, thus, one skid equals $100 million and the 10 skid graphic represents $1 billion.

The last graphic shows an estimated 10,000 skids which would be $1 trillion if they are $100 bills - which means it is one of the only correct graphics.

Stupid graphics!

How cool would it be if we gave every adult over fifty a trillion dollars!

The value would probably make it cheaper to burn than coal (as was the case in the German Weimar inflation).

The Fed would have a problem financing the cost of paper that would far exceed the value of the currency printed on it.
