This guy (http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/cutline/bbc-victim-hoax-no-yes-men-154724196.html) strikes fear into my heart ... even though I already know this stuff.

Thoughts?

It's always a little bit disturbing to hear people being honest.

Very interesting. This is called a "gaffe" - the unintentional telling of truth.

What is most interesting to me is the way the trader himself says he just assumed everyone knew this stuff - that it was common knowledge. I guess around bankers and market traders, it is. But the media and our politicians work very, very hard to deny this and pretend that up is down so that average people really don't know just how much the system is actually gamed and totally corrupt.

The second most interesting thing is the way so many people are freaking out and so many people thought that this MUST be a hoax. That's a sad commentary on the quality of our media that when an actual person speaks the actual truth to the media, everyone thinks it must be fake.
