What's the matter with Belgium?

Seems like Belgian politics is much like a soap opera. Apparently the government coalition that took a year to be formed has now fallen.

Perhaps one of our Belgian members here can shed some light on this not-unexpected turn of events...

Apparently this episode involves the financial crisis as well as some constitutional crisis. Seems complicated.
