It's been down for three days. During their peak season. Options a personal visit to a USPS Post Office or one of their subcontractors because if you can't print the prepaid label you can't request a pickup. $12B a month for war and it sounds like singular postal system server failure.

What's the problem?

I do know our shipper/receiver at work has been bitching about FedEx the last couple of days. He says trying to access the FedEx server to print shipping labels has been a real time-sucking nightmare. No doubt due to the increase in holiday volume of demand.

For all its worth, after living in the US for five years I still prefer the USPS to Canada Post. I think my miniature donkey works for them on the weekends because it is as slow as snot going uphill in January. And the rates are equally atrocious. I loved the USPS where you could get a standard box and fill it with whatever you wanted and it would be the same price regardless of weight (up to limits though). It was never overweight unless you filled it with ... I don't know ... lead miniatures or something really dense. Here, an 8" x 2" x 5" box will cost you about $20-$25 depending on what's in it.

I have no complaints about costs or delivery services, mute points when it can't be utilized from home/office.
