I was tired of the Olympic thread sitting here:

It did make me question the logic of destroying a captive wild creature for becoming seriously pissed off.

I agree with Bob Barker. He was on Larry King tonight. Let the whale go. He's suffering in a small pool. He needs to be in the ocean, where he belongs. It's cruel to keep these creatures penned up in small places the way we do. Set him free.

While it is a tragedy for the trainer, I can't help but cheer for the whale here.

One wishes that more of our captive wild animals would fight back against the monsters who enslave them.
