I'm getting really sick of always being attacked on USPOL. I've always told myself that if my views cannot sustain attack, then they need to be re-examined. Lately, most of the attackers pick and choose only certain points to respond to and then just plain ignore facts that I put forth. Its extremely annoying. In the cases where I was proven to be incorrect in my view, I'd admit it however the righties don't ever seem able to admit any kind of fault. Most of it has to do with health care and how utterly absurd the whole debate has gotten.

Hi! What's USPOL?
Think of a Stormfront setting including manners with a majority of neocon posters, including some mods, who despise any and all liberals for any reason most often without reason or logic. A factory beer bar in a shitkicker town. Some quality posters but they're without doubt the minority. Enlisted military and LE worship level very high.

Hi! What's USPOL?
a forum where a lot of the intelligent people left after the trolls started popping up uncontrollably. A lot of those people who left seem to have migrated to here.

Hi! What's USPOL?
It is more correctly abreviated USPO. ;)

It is as several people alluded to, a toxic forum where many members of this forum originate from. I used to be one of the 'top-ten' posters there. Quite similar problems as with PCF and PF (where some other members of this forum originate from).

Depends on one's appetite for arrogance, partisanship and drivel. I've never used PF but consider USPO(L) as the pits and PCF being dominated by younger students, Christians, flag wavers and a few off-the-wall mods. Large libertarian membership on PCF. Both have a minority of quality posters. PCF's tech problems often make it unusable for all but the masochistic.

Nope, I am a member of two forums, this one and US Politics Online and I really don't post on USPO anymore after there started to be an inability to have decent discussion.
However, this person at PCF sounds ok ;)

Yes, discussion quality did deteriorate at USPO some few years ago - that was part of the reason this forum was created.
However, this person at PCF sounds ok ;)

In defense of member Non Sequitor the Non-sequitor on PCF is politically what one might expect from a bible belt, neocon mod.
