Gosh, do you think anyone would notice?

Do you think anyone cares?

A typical career - son inherits daddy's seat in the Senate. Warms chair for twenty years, achieves nothing, remembered for nothing except his ego and his desire to run for president. Oh yeah, he was a real crusader to make the world safe for Paris Hilton's inheritence.

But he did manage to screw the Democrats in the end - that was his only guiding principle all along and the only issue that apparently he tirelessly worked towards.

Definitely was one of the top-ten egomaniac jackasses in the US Senate (and that says something in a chamber full of egomaniac jackasses!).

I posted this in the random political thread.
And regardless of his character, this just means more bad news for the democrats.

Bayh is a corporatist of the worst kind. Watching him say that to serve the people was in his blood on CNN yesterday made my blood boil.

The man is clearly owned and operated by large insurance companies. His wife even sits on the board of one of them I believe. No surprise he didn't want the public option.
